Kangana Ranaut’s Banarasi saree is fab, but her blouse deserves your attention too

Kangana Ranaut wore a rust-coloured Banarasi saree for Dusshera, and teamed it with a unique blouse.

Kangana Ranaut embraced the timeless appeal of a traditional Banarasi silk saree to attend Delhi’s famed Lav Kush Ramleela on Dussehra (October 24).

The actress created history this as she became the first woman to set a Ravan effigy on fire in the 50-year history of the event, as per the president of Lav Kush Ramleela Committee of Delhi. For the remarkable moment, Kangana exuded regal glam in a rust-coloured Banarasi saree from the label Jayanti Reddy.

While the saree was an immaculate creation boasting of intricate yet heavy gold work all over the expanse, the exquisite zardozi blouse stole the show as well.

Kangana styled the traditional saree with a heavily-embellished zardosi blouse with a unique neckline. Instead of a regular U or a V-shaped neckline, the blouse she wore boasted a quirky multi-curve design. It beautifully elevated the traditional look, and gave ample space for her traditional choker to shine well.

She upped the ethnic glam with heavy jhumkis and rose-adorned hairbun. Intense black eyeliner, a tiny bindi, shimmery eyelids and gleaming base were her beauty picks.
